(I) Selection and Order Placement
Customers log in to our electronic components mall and select the required components from a wide range of products. After adding the desired products to the shopping cart, they confirm the order information on the checkout page, including the product name, specifications, quantity, and shipping address. If the shipping address is within the countries where our cash on delivery service is supported, customers can select "Cash on Delivery" in the payment method options.
(II) Order Processing
Our customer service team will review and process the order within [X] working days after receiving it. During this period, if any questions or potential problems are found in the order information, the customer service staff will promptly contact the customer via email, phone, or the mall's internal message system to confirm the relevant details and ensure that the order enters the goods preparation stage accurately.
(III) Goods Delivery

The logistics delivery personnel will contact the customer in advance before arriving at the designated shipping address to arrange a specific delivery time, ensuring that the customer can receive the goods in a timely manner.

After the goods are delivered, the customer needs to carefully inspect the goods on the spot. Check whether the product packaging is intact. After unpacking, verify one by one whether the model, specifications, and quantity of the components are consistent with the order, and whether there are any problems such as appearance damage and abnormal performance. If the goods are confirmed to be in order, the customer can pay the delivery personnel according to the order amount to complete the transaction; if any problems are found, the customer can directly reject the goods and explain the situation to the delivery personnel, and we will follow up on the return and refund matters.

(I) Order Restrictions
To ensure the smooth implementation of the service and effectively control operating costs, there is a certain amount limit for cash on delivery orders. The amount of a single order should be within the Specific amount within the Specific amount range. Orders exceeding this range do not support the cash on delivery method for the time being, and customers are advised to choose other online payment methods to complete the transaction. At the same time, some promotional products, customized components, or orders with special procurement requirements may not be applicable to the cash on delivery service. (II) Receiving Preparation
Customers must ensure that there is someone to sign for the goods at the shipping address filled in the order and prepare sufficient local currency cash or other supported payment methods. If the customer fails to receive the goods or complete the payment on time due to their own reasons, the order may be cancelled, and the customer's cash on delivery permission may be restricted for a certain period of time. In case of special circumstances where the customer cannot receive the goods on time, the customer needs to contact our customer service staff 12 hours in advance to negotiate and reschedule the delivery time.
(III) After-sales Service
If the customer finds problems with the goods during the inspection process and rejects them, we will complete the refund review within 2 working days after receiving the returned goods, and the payment will be returned to the customer's payment account in the original way (in the case of online payment of the advance payment). If the customer has completed the payment but finds quality problems with the goods during subsequent use, they can submit a return or exchange application through the mall's after-sales service channel within [Specific after-sales period, such as 7 days], and we will handle it properly for the customer in strict accordance with the after-sales service policy to ensure that the customer's rights and interests are fully protected.
